Disconnect QuickBooks
End Groworx Finance's access to the Groworx QuickBooks Online company.
What disconnecting does
- Revokes the access token and the refresh token at Intuit
- Removes the stored credentials from the secret store
- Stops all scheduled reports and all further reads immediately
- Begins deletion of cached figures and reports derived from the QuickBooks data
Audit records of past access are retained, so that any figure previously reported can still be traced to its source. They contain no QuickBooks credentials.
Disconnecting from within QuickBooks
You can also remove the connection from Intuit's side, in QuickBooks Online under Settings → Apps → Connected apps. Groworx Finance treats a revoked token as a hard stop: it halts and raises an alert rather than retrying or continuing with cached data.
Reconnecting later
Access can be restored at any time from the connect page. Reconnecting starts a fresh authorisation; it does not restore deleted cached data.
