Groworx Finance
An internal financial reporting tool for Groworx (Pty) Ltd.
Groworx Finance connects to Groworx's own QuickBooks Online company and produces accounts-receivable ageing reports, financial summaries and bookkeeping-quality checks for use by authorised Groworx personnel and the company's appointed accountant.
Read-only
Groworx Finance reads accounting data. It does not create, edit, void or delete anything in QuickBooks Online. Every request passes through a single gated client that classifies the operation before it is dispatched and refuses anything that is not a read.
What it does
- Produces recurring accounts-receivable ageing reports
- Answers questions about invoices, payments and customer balances
- Reports inventory quantities on hand
- Flags bookkeeping issues for a person to review and correct
Who can use it
Access is limited to authorised Groworx personnel and the company's appointed external accountant. There is no public registration. If you have reached this page without an account, there is nothing here for you.
Managing the QuickBooks connection
Authorised users can connect or reconnect the QuickBooks Online company, or disconnect it at any time. Disconnecting revokes the access and refresh tokens.
